The Early Childhood Equity Summit
Every opportunity to bring the needs of every child into the public dialogue is a win for us. We work to engage, and convene the entire community in conversations about the success of all our children, through events like our Early Childhood Equity Summit. The Equity Summit was conceived in 2020, and was held virtually for the first time in the spring of 2021. Take a deeper dive into our work to advance equity here.
2022 Equity Summit
Our 2022 Equity Summit will take place in the fall. Breakfast and lunch will be served and the full day of workshops and roundtables will explore equity from a local lens, an early childhood lens, and a health lens. Facilitators will be leaders from right here in our local and neighboring communities.
2021 Equity Summit
This virtual event took place on Saturday, May 22, 2021 and explored the journey of centering equity within a program or organization. We also introduced our Racial Equity Framework.
