Lawnmower parenting is when a parent intervenes or “mows down” any person, obstacle, or difficulty their children might have to deal with. This presentation is on the practice of lawnmower parenting and the impact it can have on children in a time when more and more children are experiencing depression and anxiety. For those who plan to attend in person, there will be child care available at Wonder Works Children’s Museum and admission is free!
