Caregiver Workshop: Navigating Conflict at Home

Friday, April 12; 5:30 – 7:30 p.m. workshop from 6:00-7:00 p.m.

Wonder Works Children’s Museum, 6445 W North Avenue, Oak Park (or online – see link to join online below)

Conflict is a normal and natural part of all of our lives. When it comes to conflict, many adults and kiddos experience lots of frustration, irritability, and yelling because they may not yet have the tools to handle it in the way they’d like. That’s no fun – at all. This session gives you a healthy, direct way of handling conflict and the opportunity to practice these new skills. You’ll walk away with ways you can navigate conflict with other adults in your life as well as your children to make these moments easier for everyone involved.
